A safe, cable channels and a writing table in the room, good and absolutely perfect location. Location short walk to mall, fastfood, cafe and also traditional food like angkringan, and Tunjungan Plaza which is one of the better malls to walk around in Surabaya.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. The garden views are lovely. The staff is attentive and helpful. The location is unbeatable and nice, close to the city center. I really enjoyed the lively area around the hotel. My experience was very pleasant.
